Where to find it
Train → Knowledge Base. It has two tabs: Sources (everything the selected agent knows) and Missing answers (questions it could not answer). Each agent has its own knowledge.
Four ways to add knowledge

You can also drop files anywhere on the page to add them to the selected agent.
Add a website
- 1Choose Add website and type the address.
- 2Choose Whole site (follows links from that page, up to 50 pages, starting from your sitemap when there is one) or This page only.
- 3Choose Keep in sync: Off, Daily or Weekly. With Daily or Weekly, the site is read again on that schedule; pages that did not change are not processed again.
- 4Optionally open Crawl options (see below), or choose Choose pages… to pick exactly which pages to read (up to 50).
- 5Choose Add. The source shows Queued, then Processing ("Reading pages: 12 of 32"), then Ready.

Keep knowledge accurate
- Source of truth: open a source and switch it on. It is ranked higher and wins when another source says something different. Use it for pricing and policies.
- Refresh now reads a website again straight away. Answers keep using the last read until the new one is ready; if a refresh fails, the previous read stays in use.
- Edit changes a text snippet or Q&A; it is processed again after Save and re-process.
- Retry a failed source, Cancel one that is still processing, or Delete one you no longer want. Deleted knowledge stops shaping answers straight away.
- Search by title or address, and filter by type or status.
Only add content you are happy for the agent to repeat to customers. Text inside your knowledge is treated as information, never as instructions: a page that says "ignore your rules" is not obeyed. To change how the agent behaves, use Optimize.

Adding or refreshing knowledge needs an active trial or plan.
