What you can do
- Ask the agent from anywhere. Send a question and get the answer, its sources and suggested follow-ups in one response.
- Hand conversations to your team. Take over, reply as a person, hand back to the agent and resolve, from your own tools.
- Sync leads. Read the contact details the agent captured and update them when a lead converts.
- Keep knowledge current. Add, edit, refresh and remove web pages, files and text.
- React to events. Get a signed webhook when a conversation is handed over or resolved, a lead is captured, or knowledge is ready.
Plans and billing
The API is included in the Growth plan and above, and in the free trial. Messages sent through the API count towards your plan's monthly AI replies, exactly like messages in the chat widget. Reading data does not.
