How do I know what share my content can answer?
Take your last 50 conversations or emails. Count the ones whose answer is already on your website, in a help article, a price list or a document you could upload. That count, as a share of 50, is a fair estimate. Questions that need a decision, an exception or account details stay with your team.

AI replies needed per month pick the plan. Plans count replies, not conversations, and a question the AI cannot answer still gets one reply before it goes to your team.
Why replies matter more than conversations
Most chatbot plans, ours included, are priced on messages the AI sends rather than on conversations. A customer who asks about delivery, then returns, then a discount code is one conversation and three AI replies. Calculators that divide the plan price by conversations make the AI look cheaper than it is.
Count the replies in a few real conversations before you choose a plan. If a typical conversation takes three answers, 500 replies a month covers about 160 conversations, not 500.
