Data Processing Agreement
SimplyBoost signs an EU Standard Contractual Clauses Data Processing Agreement with every paying customer. This page documents the DPA terms in summary form, lists the sub-processors involved, and provides the request flow for security and legal review.
The short version
EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914)
SimplyBoost’s DPA incorporates the European Commission’s 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses without modification. Pre-signed; no legal back-and-forth needed for standard SMB and growth-stage customers.
EU data residency
Customer-conversation data is stored in the EU (Ireland region). Processed under GDPR with EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Dutch controller-processor relationship
SimplyBoost is incorporated in the Netherlands (KVK 87456346), Utrecht. Customer is the data controller; we are the processor. Standard GDPR Article 28 obligations apply.
Data minimization + retention controls
Only conversation data necessary to operate the AI agent is retained. Configurable retention windows. Customer can export and delete on request.
Sub-processors
SimplyBoost uses the following sub-processors to operate the service. All sub-processors are listed in the DPA and customer is notified in advance of any change.

Customer-conversation data is stored in the EU (Ireland region). Marketing site visitor data (this site) is handled separately and is not subject to the customer DPA.
