What is a billable conversation in Tidio?
Your bill is based on this definition, so it's worth reading closely. It comes straight from Tidio's own pricing FAQ.
- Counted
- A live chat, ticket, email or social conversation counts when a human agent replies in it, or when your team starts it.
- Counted once
- However many messages go back and forth, the conversation only counts once.
- Not counted
- Visitor messages nobody answers, and spam you don't reply to.
- Metered separately
- Lyro and Flows replies aren't treated as agent replies. They come out of the Lyro and Flows quotas instead.
