Introduction. What SimplyBoost does and how it is organised.

How it works

• You add what you know: your website, documents, text snippets and Q&As. This is the agent's knowledge.
• The agent answers from it, day and night, in the customer's language. It does not use general knowledge from the internet: if your content does not cover a question, it says so.
• It captures leads (name, email, phone or company) when you want it to, and hands the conversation to your team when the customer asks for a person or needs one.
• You see what happens: every conversation, the leads, the questions it could not answer, and how well it performs.

Agents (bots)

Each agent has its own knowledge, settings, widget, leads and conversations. Create one agent per website or brand. A team can have up to 3 active agents. Switch between them with the agent switcher at the top of the sidebar; Train, Deploy and Analyze always show the selected agent.

Finding your way

Pages appear in the sidebar as you set things up, so a new account starts simple.
