Your switches
In Settings → Notifications each switch saves straight away and is on by default:
| Switch | Controls |
|---|---|
| New leads | An email the first time a website visitor leaves an email address or phone number. |
| Missing answers | A weekly email on Monday morning with questions your agent could not answer. |
| Product updates | Setup tips and reminders about your account. |
| Tips and offers | Occasional tips and offers. |
Emails without a switch
| When | |
|---|---|
| A customer needs you | Each handover, to the escalation email set in Optimize (or the billing email for billing issues). Leave the escalation email empty to stop these. |
| SLA overdue | A handover is still open at its response target. |
| Usage at 80% and 100% | Once each per period. |
| Assistant paused | The trial ended, the plan was cancelled or a payment failed (at most once a day). |
| Knowledge at 80% | Your knowledge reaches 80% of your plan's size. |
| Trial ending, payment problems | So your agent does not stop unexpectedly. |
| Invitations, sign-in and password emails | When you or a teammate act on the account. |
Visitors who book a meeting receive a confirmation (and a cancellation if they cancel); you see the booking in your Google Calendar.
