Start with a free 7-day trial, then choose Starter, Growth or Pro. Each plan includes a number of AI replies a month, with no per-seat fees. Yearly billing saves 20%.

An AI reply is one answer from your agent on any channel. Replies from your team, reading data and the API's read endpoints do not count. See the pricing page for what each plan includes; the API is included from Growth.
The free trial
Every account starts with 7 days and 100 AI replies, with every feature unlocked and no card needed. A banner shows how many days are left. Choosing a plan starts it straight away and ends the trial. If your trial ended before you were ready, the account owner can extend it once by 7 days from the trial-ended screen.
Upgrade, change or cancel
- 1Open Settings → Payments. Only the account owner can manage billing.
- 2Choose Upgrade (or Change plan), pick a plan and monthly or yearly, then Continue to pay securely with Stripe.
- 3Open portal (Billing portal) shows invoices, lets you change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, and cancel.
A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for; Keep my plan undoes the cancellation. Monthly plans reset their replies on your billing date; yearly plans and the trial on the 1st of each month.
When replies run out or a payment fails
- You get an email at 80% and at 100% of the month's replies.
- At 100%, or when the trial ends or the plan is cancelled, the agent stops answering. Visitors see one neutral message, in their language, that does not reveal why: "Sorry, I can't reply right now. Please try again later or contact us another way."
- Customers can still reach your team: asking for a person hands the conversation over as usual, and conversations already with your team keep working.
- If a renewal payment fails, you have 3 days to update your card (Update card) before replies pause.
- Everything you set up is kept. Upgrading, or the next period, switches the agent back on.
