What is a no-code AI agent? One you set up by clicking and typing, in five minutes.

A no-code AI agent is an AI agent you build and run without writing code. You give it your content, choose how it should sound and what it may do, and put it on your site by pressing a button or pasting one line. In SimplyBoost that takes about 5 minutes. The agent answers only from the content you give it, in the customer's language, collects leads, books meetings and hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed.

A visitor asks

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, within 30 days in its original packaging. Here is the returns page.

Built by the people who know the answers

No code means the person who answers customers every day can build the agent. Not a developer, not an agency.

  • Your support lead adds the returns policy and the price list in a minute each.
  • Your shop manager writes the rules in plain words, such as never promise delivery dates.
  • Whoever owns the website puts it live with a button, or one line in the footer.

What still needs you

No code does not mean no decisions. These four are yours, and each takes a minute.

Your decisions

  • What content the agent learns from
  • How it should sound: friendly, formal or short
  • What it must never do, for example never promise delivery dates
  • Who hears about it when a person is needed

What the agent never does

  • Answer from general knowledge: if your content does not cover a question, it says so
  • Obey instructions hidden in your content: text in your knowledge is treated as information
  • Change an order, refund or discount without you, unless you set limits

What improves it over time

  • The Missing answers list: questions it could not answer, grouped by topic
  • Thumbs-down on a reply, which adds the question to that list
  • Two minutes a week answering them once each

When would you want code?

Never, for the five-minute path. But if you later want your leads to land in your own system, or you want to embed the chat in an app you built, the tools are there: an API and webhooks for developers, and a component for React, Next.js and Vue. They are optional, and nothing in the how-to guides needs them. Start with no code, and add code only if a real need turns up. The API reference shows what is possible.

A no-code agent, a flow builder or a coded bot?

Three ways to get a bot on your site, and what each asks of you. These are typical, not promises about any one product.

No-code AI agent questions

You never write or edit code. You choose options, type your own words and add your content. In SimplyBoost the agent is built from your knowledge and a few settings, and installed by a button or one pasted line.

No. The how-to guides take about 5 minutes and every step is a click or a typed word.

For support, leads, bookings and shop questions, no. It answers from your content, captures leads, books meetings and hands over to people. If you need custom logic, the API and webhooks are there, and you can add them later.

Only from what you give it: your website, files, text and Q&As. If your content does not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

On WordPress, Wix and Shopify, no, apart from a Bot ID on WordPress. On Squarespace, Webflow and other sites, you paste one line, which the panel shows, in the site footer.
