ManyChat is strong at marketing automation, follow-up sequences and social lead capture. Since March 2026 its Pro plan costs $39 a month ($29 on yearly billing) for up to 2,500 active contacts, with AI and WhatsApp included, and there is a free plan for 25 contacts. If campaigns and funnels are your priority, it fits well. 4. Trengo: a shared inbox for teams
Best for: European teams that want one shared inbox where WhatsApp is one of several channels.
Trengo, based in the Netherlands, is built around a team inbox that brings WhatsApp, email and other channels together, with AI features on top.
