AI dealer support for trailer manufacturers and importers. Parts by axle, weights, licence rules and warranty answered from your own documentation, before the dealer calls.
Brands and importers of car transporters, box trailers, horse trailers, boat trailers and plant trailers hear the same questions every day. Which brake shoes fit this axle, can I tow this on a B licence, does it need its own registration, what does the warranty cover. Buyers and dealers already ask them, in search engines and on the phone. SimplyBoost answers from your own parts catalogue, exploded views, owner manuals and warranty conditions, on your website, inside your signed-in dealer portal or on WhatsApp, in Dutch, French, German, Spanish or English. Warranty claims and parts orders go to your team with the full conversation.

What do dealers and buyers ask a trailer maker?
- 1
Which part fits
Brake shoes, wheel bearings, the overrun coupling, the tow ball coupling, the jockey wheel. The agent asks for the chassis number or the axle type plate, searches your parts catalogue and exploded views, and gives the part number and the ranges it fits.
- 2
Braked or unbraked, and how heavy
Maximum permitted mass, unladen weight, payload and nose weight per type and version, from your data sheets. Where the breakaway cable goes and how the overrun brake is adjusted, from your owner manual.
- 3
Which licence and which registration
The question every private buyer asks. The agent explains the rule from your own document per country and tells the buyer which weights to check on the registration papers of the car and the trailer.
- 4
What the warranty covers
Corrosion, bearings, bodywork, damage from overloading. It quotes your warranty conditions, collects the chassis number and delivery date and sends the claim to your service team.
Which rules does the answer need to know?
The agent answers only from the documents you give it. Put the rules for each country in their own document, and a buyer in Germany gets a different answer from a buyer in the Netherlands where the rules differ.
- Netherlands: a trailer with a maximum permitted mass above 750 kg has its own registration starting with W; from 3,501 kg it needs a yearly APK inspection.
- Belgium: above 750 kg a trailer is registered with the DIV, gets a plate starting with Q or U, has brakes and goes to the technical inspection.
- Germany: trailers up to 0.75 t have their first HU after 36 months, then every 24; above 0.75 t up to 3.5 t every 24 months.
- Licence in all three: B covers a trailer up to 750 kg, or heavier while the combination stays within 3,500 kg; code 96 allows a combination up to 4,250 kg; BE a trailer up to 3,500 kg.
What does your service team see?
Fewer calls, and the ones that arrive come with the chassis number, the dealer and the conversation already attached.
- Warranty claims and parts orders as a Zendesk or Freshdesk ticket, or a Slack thread.
- Missing answers: the questions your catalogue and manuals did not cover, often the sign that a page is missing.
- Every dealer and buyer contact with company and country on the Leads page, exported to CSV or sent to your CRM.
Wheel bearing play on the rear axle of a 2025 plant trailer, chassis range 01200 to 01900, reported 5 months after delivery. Dealer asks for a warranty repair authorisation.

What should a trailer maker measure?
- Dealer calls avoidedConversations that ended without a handover, per month, next to the call volume at your parts desk.
- Questions per typeSearch conversations by type name to see which trailer needs a clearer manual or parts page.
- Gaps in the documentationMissing answers shows what dealers and buyers asked that no file covered.
- Claims and orders handed overHandovers by reason, so service and the parts desk see their real workload.
Common questions, answered
Yes, when your parts catalogue states the chassis ranges and axle types a part fits. Upload the catalogue as PDF or a CSV of part numbers with types, chassis ranges and axle types, and the agent answers from it.
Yes, from the rules document you give it for each country. It explains the rule and names the weights the buyer should check. It does not see the buyer's registration papers and does not decide for them.
No. It gives the right part number from your catalogue and passes the order to your parts desk or the dealer, with the chassis number and the conversation. It quotes prices only when they are in your documents.
It quotes your warranty conditions so the dealer knows what is covered, collects the type, chassis number, delivery date and fault, and hands the claim to your service team in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias or Slack.
Yes. It replies in Dutch, French, German, Spanish or English from one set of documents. Keep the rules for each country in their own document so every answer fits the buyer's country.
Yes. Connect a WhatsApp Business number and the same agent answers from your catalogue and manuals while the customer is at the counter.
