AI support for robot mower and garden machinery brands. Error codes, wire breaks, blades and winter storage answered from your own manuals, on your site and on WhatsApp.
An owner whose robot mower has stopped searches for the code on the display before calling anyone. Dealers and installers ask the importer the same things every spring: what an error code means, where the wire break is, where the RTK reference station may go, which blades fit. SimplyBoost answers from your own error code list, owner's manual, installation manual and parts lists, on your website, on WhatsApp and inside a signed-in dealer portal, in Dutch, French, German, Spanish or English. Real faults, warranty claims and installation requests go to your team with the full conversation.

What do robot mower owners ask?
- 1
What does this error mean
The code or message on the display or in the app. The agent reads your error code list and owner's manual and says what the owner can check, and when it is a job for the dealer.
- 2
Where is the wire break
No signal from the boundary wire is the best-known fault. Manufacturers have owners check the connectors at the charging station and the joints in the wire first. The agent gives those steps from your manual, for your charging station.
- 3
How does wire-free work
RTK models take their position from a reference station. Each manufacturer sets its own conditions: how much open sky, what height and distance, what a metal fence does. The agent answers with your model's numbers, not another brand's.
- 4
App, blades and winter
Connecting the app, when to change blades, whether the charging station can stay out in winter. Brands differ: one counts blade life in operating hours, another in weeks, and not every manufacturer lets the station stay outdoors. So the agent answers only from your documents.
What about rules that differ by country?
The same question gets a different answer in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Put the rules in your country FAQs and the agent answers from the right one, in the owner's language.
- Germany: robot mowers count as lawn mowers under the 32. BImSchV noise ordinance, so in residential areas they may not run on Sundays and public holidays or between 20:00 and 07:00 on weekdays. Cities such as Leipzig and Schwerin add night bans to protect hedgehogs.
- Belgium: the legal guarantee on new goods is two years and sits with the seller, according to FOD Economie. Owners in Wallonia and Brussels write in French and get the answer in French.
- Netherlands: the law sets no fixed term for the legal guarantee; the ACM says it lasts as long as the owner may reasonably expect, with a manufacturer's warranty on top.
What does your service team see?
Fewer calls, and the ones that arrive come with the model, the serial number and the conversation already attached.
- Warranty claims and repair requests as a Zendesk or Freshdesk ticket, or a Slack thread.
- Missing answers: the error codes and questions your manuals did not cover, often the sign that a bulletin or a manual update is due.
- Installation requests with name, contact details and postcode on the Leads page, exported to CSV or sent to your CRM.
R600 from the 2025 season will not charge; contacts cleaned, station light normal. Dealer asks for a warranty replacement of the charging board.

Every plan includes 3 AI agents, document upload, handover and WhatsApp: one agent for owners on your website, one on WhatsApp, one in the dealer portal. Brands with a large dealer network and a spring peak usually take the enterprise plan: more replies, a dedicated account manager, help with the rollout and, by agreement, your own name and logo on the chat.

On your website and on WhatsApp: faults, app, blades and winter storage. Connect a WhatsApp Business number through Meta's own signup.

Route what needs a person
Faults, warranty claims and requests for a dealer installation to the right team in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias or Slack.
What should a mower brand measure?
- Owner calls avoidedConversations that ended without a handover, per month, next to the call volume at your service desk.
- Questions per modelSearch conversations by model name to see which model's manual needs a clearer troubleshooting page.
- Gaps in the documentationMissing answers shows which error codes and questions no file covered.
- Claims and installations handed overHandovers by reason, so service and the dealer team see their real workload.
Common questions, answered
It knows what your documents say. Upload the error code list or the owner's manual with the fault messages per model and it answers from them. If a code is in none of them, it says so and offers your team instead of guessing.
It gives the steps from your own manual: the connectors at the charging station, the joints in the wire and any test your charging station supports. If that does not solve it, it asks for the model and serial number and hands the conversation to your service team.
Yes, when your installation manual and app instructions are in the knowledge base: where the reference station goes, how much open sky it needs, the distance to the mower and what to do when the signal drops. It answers with your model's requirements.
Yes, when your parts list states the models each part fits. Upload it as PDF or a CSV of part numbers, models and positions in the exploded view. Stock and order questions go to your parts desk.
It quotes your warranty conditions for the owner's country, collects model, serial number, purchase date and dealer, and hands the claim to your service team in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias or Slack with the whole conversation.
Yes. The agent asks for name, contact details and postcode and passes the request to your team, who bring in the right dealer. The request is saved on the Leads page as well.
