AI customer service for hot tub, swim spa and sauna brands. Error codes, water care and spare parts answered from your own manuals, before the owner calls your service line.
Importers, brands and showroom dealers of hot tubs, swim spas and saunas answer the same questions every week: what this error code means, how to keep the water clear, why the water is still cold after a day, what the electrician has to prepare, whether this is a warranty case. Owners search for "jacuzzi storing e02" or "Whirlpool Fehlercode Liste" and find explanations written for another brand's control panel. SimplyBoost answers from your own owner's manuals, error code lists and parts catalogue, on your website, in your signed-in dealer portal and on WhatsApp, in Dutch, French, German, Spanish or English. Real service cases go to your team with the full conversation.

What do owners and dealers ask a hot tub brand all day?
- 1
What the error code means
E02, FLO, OH: the owner sees a code on the control panel and wants to know whether they can fix it. The agent reads your error code list per control system and gives the checks your manual leaves to the owner first.
- 2
Water care and filters
pH, alkalinity, chlorine or bromine, rinsing and replacing filter cartridges, when to change the water. The agent quotes your water care schedule and the products you specify.
- 3
Heating times and winter
Heating times by outdoor temperature, the control's freeze protection, winterising and draining, from the manual for that exact model.
- 4
Delivery and installation
Base, access, electrical connection and who arranges the electrician, from your site preparation guide and installation manual, before the delivery crew meets a gate that is too narrow.
- 5
Warranty and spare parts
What the manufacturer's warranty covers per component, which filter cartridge, pump or control panel fits which model. It quotes your conditions and sends the claim to service.
Why an error code has no general answer
The same code means something different on every brand and control system. In the Bestway Lay-Z-Spa manual, E03 appears when the fill water is below 6 °C as the heater starts; in Arctic Spas' list, FLO means the flow switch reads no flow while pump 1 runs. The answer has to come from your documentation, not from a search result.
- Upload the error code list per control panel and model year; the agent asks for the model when that changes the answer.
- Heating times from your manual: the Lay-Z-Spa manual gives 16 to 24 hours to take water from 10 °C to 40 °C at an outdoor temperature of 10 °C.
- Electrical questions answered only from your installation manual, for example a residual current device of 30 mA at most. Installation and inspection stay with the electrician.
What does your service team see?
Fewer calls about codes the owner can clear, and the ones that arrive come with the model, the serial number and the checks already done.
- Warranty claims and service requests as a Zendesk or Freshdesk ticket, in Gorgias or as a Slack thread.
- Missing answers: the questions your manuals did not cover, often the sign that a code or a winter step needs a clearer line.
- Every owner and dealer contact with model and country on the Leads page, exported to CSV or sent to your CRM.
Customer's 2025 Fjord 6 shows OH after filling. Dealer checked filter and valves per the manual; code returns within an hour. Dealer asks for a replacement temperature sensor under warranty.

What should a hot tub brand measure?
- Calls avoidedConversations that ended without a handover, per month, next to the call volume on your service line.
- Questions per codeSearch conversations by error code to see which code needs a clearer line in the manual.
- Gaps in the documentationMissing answers shows what owners and dealers asked that no file covered.
- Service cases handed overHandovers by reason, so service sees its real workload before and after the winter.
Common questions, answered
Yes, when your error code list is organised by control system or model. It asks which model or control panel the owner has when that changes the answer, and answers only from the list that belongs to it.
It repeats your water care schedule: the target values, the products you specify and how often the filter cartridge needs cleaning. It does not invent dosages and makes no health claims.
What your installation manual specifies, such as the residual current device, the isolating switch and the cable. It does not replace the electrician: installation and inspection stay with a qualified installer.
Yes, from your parts catalogue, exploded views or a CSV of models, model years and part numbers. The request itself goes to your team with the model and serial number attached.
Yes. It replies in the language the owner writes in, or in one fixed language you choose: Dutch, French, German, Spanish or English. One knowledge base serves every market.
It quotes your warranty conditions so the owner or dealer knows what is covered, collects the model, serial number, purchase date and a description of the problem, and hands the claim to your service team with the whole conversation.
