Small choices that make a rule work better.

Say the keyword in the post

Put it in the caption and on screen in the reel: 'Comment PRICE and I'll send it'. A keyword nobody sees gets no comments.

Tell them what they get

'Here's the price list' beats 'Thanks for your comment'. The DM should deliver the thing in its first line.

One button, one job

A DM with one clear button gets tapped. Put the link on the button, not in the text.

Keep the public reply short

'Sent you a DM 💌' is enough. It's there to show others that commenting works.

Time the follow-up to the offer

A code that expires tonight wants a reminder in a few hours. A guide wants a check-in the next day.

Leave the questions to the agent

Don't cram every detail into the DM. Add your FAQs to the knowledge base and let the agent answer what people actually ask.

A comment-to-DM template is a ready-made automation for Instagram: a keyword people comment, the DM they get back with a link button, and an optional public reply under their comment. In SimplyBoost a template fills in a rule, and you add your own link.

One short word that's easy to type and unlikely to show up by accident, such as PRICE, GUIDE or LINK. SimplyBoost matches whole words in any capitalisation, so 'price?' and 'PRICE 🙌' both count, while 'info' won't fire on 'infographic'.

Yes. A rule can listen for several keywords at once, for example PRICE and COST, and you can run different rules on different posts at the same time.
