Pricing

Flat pricing: $39 / $89 / $169

We moved fully to flat monthly pricing — no per-resolution fees, no per-seat fees, no per-conversation overage. The bill stops moving once you pick a tier.

What's new

Three tiers, all flat-priced:

  • Starter $39/month — 500 conversations, website widget, calendar booking, basic analytics
  • Growth $89/month — 2,000 conversations, all channels, lead capture, workflows, advanced analytics
  • Pro $169/month — 6,000 conversations, dedicated support, custom integrations, advanced analytics

What changed

We removed the per-conversation overage charges that previously kicked in at the top of each tier. If your volume crosses a tier, you upgrade — your bill does not silently grow.

Why we moved here

We watched too many customers get surprise bills from per-resolution and per-conversation pricing on competitors (Intercom Fin at $0.99 per resolution, Gorgias AI Agent overages). Flat pricing means the bill is predictable from day one.

This is the only pricing model we're going to ship under. No per-resolution upsells. Ever.

Security

EU data residency (Frankfurt)

All conversation data now hosted in Frankfurt by default for EU customers. GDPR-native, with full DPA available on request.

What's new

All conversation data for EU customers is now hosted in Frankfurt by default. This includes:

  • Conversation history and transcripts
  • Customer profile data
  • Knowledge base content
  • Vector embeddings for RAG

Non-EU customers continue to be served from our US infrastructure unless they specifically request EU hosting.

Why this matters

For Dutch, German, and other EU buyers, this resolves the data residency question without requiring custom contracts. We are KVK-registered in the Netherlands and processing happens entirely within EU borders.

Integration

Shopify product recommendations

AI agent now recommends Shopify products by intent (need, budget, use case) — not just keyword match — and routes high-intent buyers to your sales team.

What's new

The Shopify integration now supports intent-based product recommendations. The agent reads your full catalog (variants, tags, inventory, pricing) and recommends products based on:

  • Intent extraction — "I need a gift for my mum's birthday under €50"
  • Use case matching — "running shoes for marathon training" vs "casual walking"
  • Inventory awareness — never recommends out-of-stock SKUs
  • Cross-channel — same recommendations work on WhatsApp, Instagram, and web

Sales hand-off

High-intent product conversations (multiple SKU views, price negotiation language, "do you have wholesale") now trigger an automatic hand-off to your sales team with full conversation context.

v2.0 — Omnichannel AI Agent

One AI agent now runs natively across web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and TikTok — with a unified inbox and a single configuration.

SimplyBoost v2.0 is our biggest release to date. We rebuilt the channel layer so a single AI agent handles every conversation across every channel without separate setups.

What's new

  • Native WhatsApp Business API — no markup on Meta's conversation rates
  • Instagram DM + comment-to-DM — story replies, post replies, and comment triggers
  • Facebook Messenger — full conversation handling with the same agent
  • TikTok integration (beta) — comment-to-DM workflows on TikTok
  • Unified inbox — every channel feeds one conversation view in your dashboard
  • Cross-channel context — a customer who starts on Instagram and continues on WhatsApp gets a continuous conversation, not a reset

Why this matters

The pattern we kept seeing: a customer asks a question on Instagram at 11 PM, gets no reply, messages on WhatsApp the next morning, and starts the conversation over. v2.0 ends that. The agent picks up where it left off, regardless of channel.
